Overview
Intentional was struggling to stand out in a crowded marketplace and needed a brand refresh to propel the company into its next chapter. Tasked with this challenge, I began by conducting a thorough review of the existing brand and analysing the competitive landscape. Through a series of workshops with the client, we uncovered key pain points, including the lack of a reliable sales pipeline, misaligned market positioning, clients perceiving more value in-house, and a website that failed to effectively communicate their offerings. With these insights, we defined a clear north star for the brand refresh and an improved digital experience. By combining bold, vibrant colours with impactful typography, we gave Intentional a striking new identity that stood out in the marketplace. The result was a refreshed brand and digital presence that not only addressed their challenges but also set them on a course for future success.
