Overview
Porsche approached us to redesign the Porsche Events online platform, as the existing website was convoluted and lacked essential features, resulting in a frustrating user experience. Our task was to develop new functionalities and digitally represent the experience in an engaging and exciting manner. My concept centred around personalising the experience into three distinct channels: "The Thrill Seeker," "The Racer," and "The Explorer." This approach provided meaningful context for users and established an emotional connection to the offerings. Instead of simply purchasing vouchers, users were now investing in curated experiences that resonated with their passions and aspirations, each accompanied by tailored content and messaging. This transformation not only enhances the user experience but also elevates the perception of the Porsche Track and Experience brand. In addition, we enhanced the experience by providing users with video track guides, helping them prepare thoroughly for their day at the Porsche Track. We gamified the journey by introducing rewards for completing various elements of the track experience, adding an exciting layer of engagement. Furthermore, we incorporated upsell products into the shopping cart, such as helicopter transfers, allowing users to elevate their experience even further.
