The brief; to re-design a new UX experience that would encompass functionality including delivery, which arrived just in the nick of time as Australia went into lockdown. The new design now allows users the ability to select order times, choose their closest or favourite restaurants and browse a locally priced menu before proceeding to the revamped checkout stage. It completely transformed the customer journey, while the addition of a delivery system was a game-changer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
