I was asked by Scottish fashion label MAiK to design their new logo and brand. MAiKs Mission is to only work with factories and manufacturers that share the same ethics and values as them. All their products are made with materials that have been sourced responsibly. With beautifully designed products and clean geometric patterns at the core of the MAiKs look, the logo and branding needed to reflect this. In turn, while the brand was to encompass MAiKs modern approach to fashion it also needed to nod to its Scottish heritage using the deep rich blue as the brand colour.
